On March 1, 2025, over 100 properties and their Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) gathered at Arca South, Taguig, for the 7th Inter-Ayala Emergency Response Team (ERT) Competition, organized by Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC). The event served as a significant platform for testing the preparedness of ERTs from across Ayala-managed properties in responding to critical emergencies, including fire incidents, medical crises, and complex crisis management scenarios.
The competition was not just a showcase of skill, but also an important demonstration of teamwork, camaraderie, and the collective spirit of “Malasakit” (compassion and concern for others). As emphasized by APMC Safety Group Director, John Judilla, the event was designed to empower teams, fostering excellence in emergency response and strengthening their ability to act decisively and effectively under pressure.
